Physical Therapy

One-on-one PT session with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Schedule initial evaluation if you are a new patient or scheduling for a new injury. Follow up treatment sessions are for existing patients. These sessions will be based on the plan of care and may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and neuromuscular re-education. A doctor referral is not required. All sessions are one-on-one.


Personal Training/Wellness

50 minute, one-on-one personal training or wellness session. *Services do not include physical therapy services as the term is defined under the Illinois physical therapy practice act and its regulations.

Brittany graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in Dallas. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Texas in Austin.

Brittany has completed her certification in dry needling. In addition to orthopedics and sports experience, Brittany has advanced education in Women’s Health, and vestibular conditions. This includes treatment of BPPV and pelvic floor dysfunction.  Outside of the clinic, Brittany teaches group fitness classes and enjoys strength training, yoga and pilates.

Ben is a board certified clinical specialist in orthopedics and comes to the practice with a wealth of knowledge and experience treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions. He graduated with his bachelor’s in Athletic Training in 2017 and a doctorate in Physical Therapy from Marquette University in 2019. He then completed an orthopedic residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago during his first year as a physical therapist. He has experience working with patients ranging from professional athletes to weekend warriors and has a passion for treating runners! Outside of the clinic, Ben enjoys marathon running, camping, traveling, and spending time with his wife and dog.

Azi graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rosalind Franklin University following her Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Master’s Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of Pittsburgh. Originally from Barrington, IL, Azi is excited to be providing care to the Chicagoland suburbs. Growing up, she played soccer, softball and ran track and loves to help patients of all ages return to their favorite activity. When she’s not in the clinic, you can find Azi spending time with her friends and family, doing a workout class, trying new restaurants in Chicago or traveling!
